2020 Conference Agenda
Stronger Together - Cyber Resilience in the Energy Sector
Energy Cyber Security Group (E3CC) 3rd Annual Vendor/Operator Conference.
4th March, 2020 at The IET, Savoy Place, London
Following the highly successful joint OT vendor and energy operator one day cyber security conferences held in 2018 and 2019, we are pleased to announce we will be holding another event in March 2020.
Sponsored by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the meeting will continue to promote collaboration between OT vendors and OT operators to achieve and maintain a cyber-resilient infrastructure for the UK and other nations.
This year we will be covering how vendors can help operators in meeting their regulatory obligations and have participation from Ofgem and the Health and Safety Executive as well as those developing best practices, particularly the NCSC.
We will be exploring key issues in supply chain security for the energy sector to look at ways that vendors and operators can work together to:
1. Maintain ongoing cyber security relationships through life of the contract.
2. Determine which standards need to be met now and in the future.
3. Develop the vendors role in incident response, management and exercising
4. Create an ecosystem of continuous cyber security improvement
Attendance is free to business leaders, engineers, project & procurement professionals and cyber professionals from energy sector operators and control systems vendors/integrators. Places are limited so to request a free place please email email@example.com, stating your name, company and job title. IT IS, HOWEVER, BY INVITATION ONLY AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT YOUR INVITATION ON THE DAY. If you have not received an Eventbrite invitation please email to check your registration.
This year we are also working with the IET for those who would like to combine attendance with the commercial Cyber Security for Industrial Control Systems event to be held on 5-6 March. The IET conference will be open to anyone and will require payment of the conference fee.
